In an era where consumers and regulators increasingly demand transparency, certifications are no longer optional. They are the proof that a manufacturer’s claims about quality, ethics, and environmental responsibility are more than words. At Tai’an Liyuan, we hold seven internationally recognized certifications. Each one represents a different dimension of accountability. Together, they form the framework of how we operate.

Our Environmental Management System Certification demonstrates that we have systematic processes in place to minimize waste, manage emissions, and reduce the environmental footprint of our manufacturing activities. This is not a one-time audit. It is a continuous cycle of monitoring, improvement, and verification.

The Global Recycled Standard (GRS) Certification confirms that we can produce garments using recycled materials and track those materials through every stage of production. For brands building circular fashion lines or responding to consumer demand for sustainable products, GRS certification is essential. It provides the chain-of-custody documentation that retailers and regulators require.

Our Organic Content Standard (OCS) Certification applies to garments made with organically grown fibers. The certification ensures that the organic content is accurately represented and that the material is handled separately from conventional fibers throughout processing. For brands marketing organic cotton or other natural fibers, this certification provides credibility.

Worker safety is covered by our Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification. Garment manufacturing involves machinery, chemicals, and repetitive tasks that carry inherent risks. Our certification verifies that we have identified those risks, implemented controls, and trained our 180 employees to work safely.

Ethical trade is addressed through our SEDEX Ethical Trade Audit Certification. This audit examines labor practices, working conditions, and management systems to ensure compliance with international ethical standards. It covers areas such as working hours, wages, freedom of association, and the prohibition of child and forced labor.

Our Quality Management System Certification provides the structural backbone for everything else. It ensures that our processes are documented, our standards are defined, our measurements are accurate, and our corrections are systematic. Quality is not an accident. It is the result of a system that makes consistency repeatable.

Finally, our WRAP Compliance Certification addresses the full spectrum of lawful, humane, and ethical manufacturing. WRAP is one of the most widely recognized standards in the global apparel industry, and holding it signals to international buyers that our factory operates at the highest level of social compliance.
