    Send us an email at taly2009@163.com or use the contact form on our website. Include your tech pack, design references, target quantity, fabric preferences, and delivery timeline. We respond within 24 hours.

  • What information should I include in my inquiry?

    Product type, quantity per style/color, fabric specifications, target price range, delivery destination, and any special requirements (packaging, labeling, certifications).

  • What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

    Standard MOQ is 500 pieces per color per style for simple garments. Complex styles or specialized fabrics may require higher MOQ. We are open to negotiation for long-term partnerships.

  • What is the difference between OEM and ODM services?

    OEM: You provide designs and tech packs; we manufacture to your specifications. ODM: You select from our existing styles and fabrics; we develop samples based on your brand direction.

Sampling Process

  • How do I submit a tech pack or design reference?

    Email your tech pack as a PDF or send physical reference samples to our factory address. Include detailed measurements, fabric swatches, and construction notes.

  • How long does sample production take?

    Typically 3–7 days after tech pack review and approval. Complex designs or specialized fabrics may extend to 10 days. We will confirm the timeline when quoting.

  • Are sample costs refundable against bulk orders?

    Yes. Sample fees are typically deducted from your first bulk order invoice once the order is confirmed and deposit is received.

  • Can I revise the sample after initial approval?

    Yes. One round of sample revisions is included. Additional revision rounds may incur extra costs depending on the scope of changes.

Orders & Production

  • What is the standard bulk production lead time?

    30–45 days after sample approval and deposit receipt. Peak seasons (Q3–Q4) may extend to 60 days. We confirm exact timelines per order.

  • Will I receive production updates?

    Yes. We provide milestone updates at cutting, sewing, finishing, and pre-shipment stages. You may also request photos or video at key checkpoints.

  • What are your payment terms?

    For new clients: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. For established partners: negotiable terms including L/C at sight.

  • Can I make changes after production has started?

    Minor changes may be possible before cutting stage. Once cutting begins, changes are limited to avoid material waste and schedule delays.

Shipping & Logistics

  • What shipping terms do you offer?

    Standard is FOB Qingdao. We also support CIF, DDP, and express courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS) for samples and small orders. Let us know your preference when quoting.

  • How is packaging handled?

    Standard: individual polybag, carton packing with export-standard cartons. Custom packaging, hang tags, and labeling available upon request.

  • Do you provide customs documentation?

    Yes. We provide commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin. Additional documents (certificate of conformity, GRS/OCS transaction certificates) available on request.

  • How do I track my shipment?

    For sea freight, we provide the bill of lading and vessel tracking details. For express, we provide the tracking number within 24 hours of dispatch.

  • Can I request copies of your certifications?

    Yes. We provide copies of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certificates upon request. GRS and OCS scope certificates are available for registered buyers.

  • Can I access SEDEX and WRAP audit reports?

    SEDEX audit summaries are shareable via the SEDEX platform. WRAP certificates are available for verified buyers. Contact us for access details.

  • What is your quality control process?

    Incoming fabric inspection, in-process checks, post-finishing audit, 100% needle detection, and pre-shipment AQL sampling. Full QC reports available on request.

  • What happens if there is a quality issue?

    We investigate immediately. If confirmed as our responsibility, we offer replacement, rework, or credit against future orders. We document root cause and corrective actions.
