Numbers tell a story, but only if you know what they represent. When we say our annual capacity is 2.65 million pieces, that figure is not an aspiration. It is the result of 22,100 square meters of production space, 330 dedicated employees, 32 technical professionals, and a manufacturing system built over nearly two decades. Our facility in Tai’an City, Shandong Province, was designed for volume without sacrificing control. The 16,700-square-meter site houses cutting rooms, sewing floors, finishing departments, quality labs, and warehousing — all connected by a workflow that minimizes handling and maximizes throughput. The additional construction area allows for expansion, equipment upgrades, and the flexibility to accommodate seasonal demand spikes that are common in the apparel industry.

The 180 employees who work here are not interchangeable labor. They are trained specialists. Our 32 technical professionals include pattern makers, quality engineers, production planners, and equipment technicians. They are the reason we can shift from producing lightweight summer knits in March to heavy winter garments in August without missing a beat. They are the reason a new client can send a tech pack on Monday and receive a sample shipment by Friday.

Two point six five million pieces per year breaks down to roughly 220,000 pieces per month, or about 10,000 pieces per working day. But these averages hide the reality of manufacturing, which is never perfectly linear. Some months we produce fewer pieces because we are in sampling and development phase with multiple new clients. Other months we push well past average because a large repeat order is due. Our production planning system is designed for this variability. It allocates labor, adjusts shift patterns, and sequences orders so that no single client is delayed by another’s rush.

What makes this scale meaningful is what happens at the individual piece level. A factory that produces millions of garments can easily become a factory that produces millions of mistakes. We prevent that through a combination of automated equipment and human oversight. Our automatic cutting tables reduce fabric waste and dimensional error. Our hanging production line system keeps garments moving smoothly without piling or confusion. Our needle detection machines catch what human eyes cannot see. And at every stage, trained inspectors verify that standards are met.
