Prototype samples typically take 3–7 business days after tech pack approval. Pre-production samples (PPS) take 5–10 days depending on fabric sourcing. Sample fees are charged at cost and are fully deductible from your first bulk order. We offer free samples for established clients with proven order history. Shipping costs for samples are borne by the client unless otherwise agreed.

Send us your tech pack, design sketches, or reference samples with specifications. We reply within 24 hours with a detailed quote including fabric options, unit costs, sampling timeline, and bulk production schedule. For payment terms: new clients pay 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment. Established clients with 12+ months of trading history may qualify for net-30 terms subject to credit review.

Bulk production lead time is typically 30–45 days after sample approval and deposit receipt, depending on order size and seasonal capacity. Peak season (August–November) may require 60 days. We ship via FOB Qingdao by default, with options for CIF, DDP, or express courier for urgent samples. We work with freight forwarders experienced in apparel exports to ensure smooth customs clearance in your destination country.
